As the owner of Lake George Senior Living in Columbia, MO, I bring a wealth of experience from managing various senior living facilities, including Skilled Nursing, Life Care CCRCs, and Post-Acute Care Centers. My professional journey includes pivotal roles with major organizations like Brookdale Senior Living and the Missouri Veterans Commission, where I oversaw seven veterans nursing homes. Notably, I successfully revitalized The Bluffs, a financially struggling skilled nursing facility in Columbia.

Hailing from Mangalore, India, I hold a medical degree from Kasturba Medical College and practiced medicine before transitioning to healthcare administration, driven by a desire for broader impact in healthcare. My move to Missouri marked the beginning of my dedication to senior care, where I found immense satisfaction in fostering relationships and friendships with seniors, further deepening my commitment to this sector.

I am also passionate about educating future healthcare administrators. I currently teach practicum to Masters in Health Science Management students at Indiana University, where I also earned an MBA. I am honored to be a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

My personal life is enriched by my wife, Angela, a Geriatric Consultant Pharmacist at CVS Health. Together, we cherish working in the senior living field and reside in Jefferson City, MO, with our two daughters, Kinsley and Brielle. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, reading, and supporting the Kansas City Chiefs and Mizzou Tigers.
