Fadeanna Smith, Executive Director

FaDeanna Smith brings more than 25 years of hands-on caregiving and leadership experience to her role as Executive Director at Lake George Senior Living. In her role, she leads the caregiving team and ensures residents receive attentive, professional care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. She also oversees and supports the caregiving team, making sure staff are properly trained and consistently provide quality care so families can feel confident their loved ones are always supported.

Raised by a nurse, FaDeanna learned early that quality care goes beyond tasks and schedules. It requires empathy, dignity, and a deep understanding of each resident’s individual needs. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at The Bluffs in Columbia, Missouri, where she built a strong foundation in direct care while advancing her skills in medication management, staff leadership, and care coordination, all while raising three sons.

FaDeanna’s approach to leadership is deeply informed by personal experience. Having provided care for several close family members, she understands the trust families place in a senior living community during life’s most vulnerable moments. That experience shapes her unwavering commitment to compassionate, consistent, and reliable care.

Today, FaDeanna leads by example at Lake George Senior Living, maintaining hands-on involvement with residents and caregivers alike. Her focus is simple and steadfast: to create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment where residents are treated like family, and where loved ones have peace of mind knowing their care is in capable, caring hands.
